A little help for your next great photo.
Take your first session
Allow the camera, then optionally allow saving to Photos. Choose a 5-, 10-, or 15-second countdown. In Settings, pick 5, 10, or 20 photos, or No limit. Tap Start and step into frame. The countdown starts immediately; after each capture finishes, the next countdown begins. Tap Stop whenever you are finished.
Make the preview bigger
Tap the expand control in the camera corner. Tap the reduce control to return to the normal view and change your timer or settings. You can start and stop a session in either view.
Find your pictures
With Save to Photos on and permission granted, pictures appear in Apple’s Photos app. If saving is off, the photos are not added to your library. Check the setting before starting a session.
Fix camera or saving access
Open iOS Settings, find Snapper, and allow Camera and adding photos. Return to Snapper and try again. If you skipped Photos permission, turn Save to Photos on in Snapper’s Settings to request it. If saving still fails, check available device storage.
Why did my session pause?
Snapper needs to remain open to take pictures. Switching apps, locking the phone, or some interruptions stop automatic captures. Return to the app and choose Continue session or Done. A photo already in progress may finish saving.
Compatibility and cost
Snapper 1.0 is free, with no purchases, subscriptions, ads, or sign-in. It requires iOS 16.4 or later and a working camera. Capture speed and image quality depend on your phone and lighting. Settings apply to the current app session and may reset after the app closes.
Report a problem
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, Snapper version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or private pictures.
